How can I pay for my order?
We offer major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, & Bankcard). To choose your payment simply select
your payment at the checkout. Our checkout uses real-time credit card
processing, so your credit card will be charged immediately.
How long will it be before I receive my
order?
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Most orders will be sent via Express Post for prompt delivery. Larger orders
will be sent via Parcel Post or via Star Track Express and may take between 3-5
days for delivery.
How much is Shipping, handling and freight?
Shipping, handling and freight on all orders is $9.50 to any address in mainland
Australia.
I am from overseas can I order from Body Alert?
Yes, however some products may not be sent overseas and additional fees may be
associated with freighting your order to you.
How do I find more information about a
product?

containing what you would like to know. Your question will be replied to within

How do I go about returning a product?
To return a product, please contact
us with your order ID number and the product from that order you wish to
return to.
We will send you further information regarding the return of your product.
